Mandurah Masterplan Concept

Working with economic consultants, Pracsys, PHA were commissioned to create masterplan for central Mandurah, that included a transport node, new Council Chambers, and Town Square and a Centre of Water Studies. PHA used block modelling to identify and shape the pedestrian connections and main activity zones.

This work accompanied a business plan that has been used to receive government funding for the project. PHA were futher commisioned to complete a realistic visualisation for marketing purposes.
