Smiths Beach Residences

The Eastern Residences are located to the immediate west of Smith’s Beach Road, and are to the south of, and uphill from the existing Smith’s Beach Resort.

Forty six lots with an average size of 1100m2 have been arranged around a loop road within a gross area of approximately 8 hectares. Primary access to the Eastern Residences is from the north-west corner of the site. An additional two controlled access points are available for fire brigade use.

Lots fall within the Smiths Beach Community Title, which will be responsible for maintain landscaped verges, servicing, and operations.
