A light-filled central courtyard provides community and amenity. Reduction of one apartment on ground floor for communal space and connection of central courtyard to northern gardens

East-West passages provide strong ventilation through the core and allow cross ventilation to all apartments

Roof pitch creates reduction of visible services to the street

Balcony pockets and windows punched into the facade for a cost effective, aesthetically clean modern facade

An apartment building utilising an efficient timber structure from the podium upward in order to minimise costs and achieve sustainable outcomes. The central courtyard and east-west passages cut deep into the plan, providing ventilation, outlook and open space. With this typology, the plot ratio is achieved and amenity is provided to occupants.
