South Hedland Web Hub Concept

Through a needs analysis conducted by PRACSYS, it was identified that a co-working centre would benefit professionals in South Hedland. Various concept designs were tested on various sites to test the greatest impact on the locality. The first option was a new A-grade one-storey office to meet the minimum demands for space. The second option was a new two-storey office building, achieving a greater yield. The last option was to refurbish an existing empty building which appeared as the most attractive option.
